• Eva @ Mentions — Type @ in the Eva composer to instantly surface matching campaigns, leads, ICPs, audiences, and contacts in a grouped dropdown. Select any entity to insert a linked chip at your cursor without breaking surrounding text.

• 7 Slash Commands in Eva — Type / to open a command palette: /recall, /facet, /go, /palace, /pin, /forget, and /help — letting advisors surface memory, navigate, and manage context without leaving the chat.

• Click-Through Navigation from Eva Chips — Clicking an @ chip in Eva's response now navigates directly to the relevant page — campaigns, leads, audiences, or Memory Palace — keeping advisors in context.

• CRM Custom Fields Created On the Fly — A new + icon in the field-mapping UI lets advisors create custom fields in Salesforce and HubSpot directly from VastAdvisor. Dynamics 365, Wealthbox, and Practifi ship with integration tests pending partner sandbox access; Redtail requires manual setup (documented).

• Live CRM Sync with Delta Pulls — All 6 CRM connectors now sync every 15 minutes. After an initial full backfill, only changed records are pulled — with a per-record dedup key guaranteeing zero duplicate rows on retry.

• CRM Sync Dead-Letter Queue & Replay — Failed sync records are caught with structured error classification (rate-limit / auth / network / schema) and surfaced in an admin endpoint with one-click replay.

• CRM Sync Audit Trail — A new sync-run audit surface tracks start and end time, record count, outcome, and error class per connection. Full mechanics are documented in the new CRM Sync Mechanics guide.

• Cross-Tenant URN Safety in Eva — Pasting a URN belonging to a different tenant now shows a clear "different tenant" message instead of silently failing or attempting navigation.
