v1.20 — CRM Integrations, Memory & Campaign Themes

Updated: Jun 22

Every version of VastAdvisor has been built on the same bet: the data firms need to run smarter campaigns already exists. It lives in their CRM, in client profiles, in years of relationship history. The missing piece was never the data — it was the layer connecting it to execution.

v1.20 ships that layer.

Three epics go live with this release: CRM sync, contextual memory, and theme intelligence. Your CRM tells the platform who your best clients are, memory reasons across that context over time, and themes use all of it to build campaigns automatically.

Epic 2 — CRM Integrations

The gap between what your CRM knows and what your campaigns do is now closed.

VastAdvisor's CRM Integrations

Wealth firms have always had two separate data worlds: the CRM that holds relationship history, pipeline status, and years of client intelligence — and the marketing platform that runs campaigns from demographic ranges. Native CRM-to-LinkedIn/Google/Meta connections move records between these worlds. They don't use one to make the other smarter.

VastAdvisor's CRM layer is built around that distinction. Three connectors are now live — Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 — each connected via per-tenant OAuth with role-scoped visibility across Advisor, Firm, and Enterprise tiers. Field mapping is configuration, not code: advisors define how platform fields translate to their CRM schema without engineering involvement.

The sync layer is production-grade. 15-minute delta pulls with dedup guarantees. A dead-letter queue with structured error classification and one-click replay. A connection health dashboard with per-connector status and sync run history visible to firm admins without escalation.

Given the regulated nature of the Wealth Management industry, a full audit trail logs every CRM contribution to an audience and every VastAdvisor write-back, with provenance metadata and automatic 7-year retention. CRM history is preserved on disconnect — firms mid-migration or evaluating platforms don't lose their sync history, and stale-data badges surface wherever disconnected data appears.

Incoming prospect signals are now scored against each advisor's ideal client profiles before they surface — ranked by relevance, filtered by a configurable threshold. The CRM relationship history, the ICP behavioral profiles, and the campaign activity now inform each other. An advisor asking Eva "which of my Salesforce contacts in the retirement planning pipeline haven't been touched in 90 days?" gets a real answer.

Epic 3 — Memory

VastAdvisor now knows your firm the way a colleague does.

VastAdvisor's Memory Palace

With v1.20, VastAdvisor’s Co-Pilot, Eva, now has institutional memory — she knows your campaigns, your leads, your ICPs, your audiences, and your contacts, and she can reason across all of them in a single conversation.

The Memory Palace is the underlying structure — a persistent, searchable store of what VastAdvisor has learned about your firm, your clients, and your context across every session. It's not a chat log. It's a knowledge graph that grows with your usage and informs every answer Eva gives going forward.

The practical outcome: an advisor doesn't have to re-explain their book of business every time they open a new session. VastAdvisor already knows who the high-value prospects are, which campaigns are running, what the firm's ICPs look like, and where things stand in the pipeline. That context is always in the room.

How to use it:

Type @ in the Eva composer and matching entities surface instantly in a grouped dropdown — campaigns, leads, ICPs, audiences, contacts. Select one to insert a linked chip that navigates directly to the relevant page when clicked. Your workflow stays intact; Eva stays in context.

Type / to open a command palette with seven slash commands built for how advisors actually work: /recall to surface what Eva knows about an entity, /facet to scope a question to a specific data type, /go to navigate, /palace to open the Memory Palace, /pin to anchor something to the current session, /forget to clear it, and /help when you need it.

Compliance-ready by design. The Memory Palace is built on a FINRA 4511 / SEC 17a-4 compliant substrate. Every memory event is auditable, with GDPR/CCPA delete flows and a full rejection trail. Regulated firms get institutional AI memory without the regulatory exposure.

Epic 4 — Campaign Themes

Your ICP now writes your campaigns.

VastAdvisor's Theme Generation

Campaign themes in VastAdvisor are not templates. They're AI-generated positioning frameworks derived directly from your ideal client profile — the niche, the life stage, the behavioral signals, the psychographic detail your firm has spent years refining. All eight ICP profile fields now drive theme generation, producing differentiated messaging per niche with cited ICP attributes so advisors understand exactly why a theme was built the way it was.

Theme version history ships with v1.20. Every change to a theme is tracked with field-level diffs against each prior version, visible in the Library. Any previous version can be restored in one click. When a campaign performs differently than expected, advisors can see exactly what changed — and revert it if needed.

Theme ratings let advisors score any theme 1–5 stars with an optional comment. Ratings appear on theme cards in both the Library and the Campaign Builder, surfacing institutional judgment about what messaging has worked. Per-theme CTR tracking infrastructure is live — the data pipeline measuring click-through rates at the theme level is running, enabling performance analytics that will close the loop between theme quality and campaign results.

Signal category opt-in means advisors select which signal categories to follow —Macro & Economic, Market Sentiment, Local/Regional, Legislative & Regulatory — during onboarding, and can update preferences at any time in Settings. ICP-aware filtering scores those signals against each advisor's ideal client profile before they surface, so the feed reflects who the firm is actually trying to reach.

Asset-first and narrative-first campaign creation is also live: start a new campaign by uploading a PDF, pasting a URL, or simply describe your idea. VastAdvisor infers best-matching ICPs with confidence scoring and surfaces ranked results in the Target Niche step. For advisors with existing thought leadership, white papers, or fund materials, this turns a document into a targeted campaign without rebuilding the brief from scratch.

What This Release Is

v1.20 is the completion of three foundational capabilities — each one a standalone system, each one more powerful because the other two exist.

The CRM integration means campaigns run from institutional client intelligence, not demographic guesses. Advisor Memory means Eva can reason across your entire firm context without losing the thread. Campaign Themes mean the intelligence those first two systems generate finds its way into the messages that actually reach clients and prospects. Bonus: We also shipped 50 UI/UX enhancements this release — the kind nobody announces but everybody notices. Faster, cleaner, fewer clicks to where you're going.

Sprints covered: v1.09 through v1.13. Prior sprint-level release notes for each sprint remain available in the Release Notes archive:
