DANA POINT, CA – March 25, 2026 – VastAdvisor today announced the appointment of Jeremi Karnell as Chief Product Officer. In this role, Karnell will lead product strategy and execution, advancing the company’s AI-native platform to deliver decision intelligence that drives scalable, organic growth for wealth management firms.
 

Karnell joins VastAdvisor at a critical inflection point as the company expands its enterprise platform and evolves its Advisor Intelligence Loop—an integrated system that transforms data, AI models, and campaign performance into continuously improving growth outcomes. His appointment reflects a strategic focus on embedding predictive intelligence directly into advisor and enterprise workflows.

Karnell recently served as Head of Envestnet Data Solutions, where he lead one of the industry’s largest data and analytics organizations. In that role, he has been responsible for transforming fragmented data ecosystems into AI-driven insights that improve advisor productivity, capital allocation, and platform adoption across wealth enterprises.
 

Prior to Envestnet, Karnell was Co-Founder and CEO of Truelytics, a SaaS platform that redefined how wealth management firms value, transition, and grow advisory businesses. The company was acquired by Envestnet in 2022. Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled multiple data and marketing technology companies, including OfferGraph and One to One Interactive, where he led significant revenue growth and established category-leading digital capabilities.
